Charity Facts:

Starting in 2000, Hairy Crab Charities has raised over $US360K for the Fudan University Children’s Hospital.
From 2000 thru 2007, ICU mortality rates have dropped 5x from 190 per thousand to 40 per thousand.

ICU admissions have risen 5x from 207 in 2000 to 1,100 in 2007.
Vital signs monitoring in 2008 has improved to 98% of patients from 80% in 2000.

About the Hairy Crab Invitational Golf Tournament:

The Hairy Crab Invitational Golf Tournament was founded in 2000 in Shanghai as a fun gathering of 22 friends from around the world. A small budget surplus from that first touranament was donated to Fudan University Childrens Hospital. We added a charity auction in 2001 and corporate sponsors in 2003. By 2008, our circle of golfing friends grew to over 70 players and over $US117,000 was raised pushing our 8 year total to over $US360,000 raised by Hairy Crab Chairities for the hospital.
