• 3:00 pm to 3:30 - Practice Round #1 at Nicklaus North

Wednesday, July 8

• 1:30 to 2:30 pm - Practice Round #2 at Chateau Whistler
• 7:00 - BBQ dinner at Chateau Whistler
  • Followed by team draw and calcutta

Thursday July 9

• 10:30 am - Bus from Westin to Big Sky (approx. 30 minutes)
• 12:00 to 1:00 - Better ball at Big Sky
• 6:30 pm - Bus from Big Sky to Westin Whistler Resort and Spa
• Dinner – on own

Friday July 10

• 10:30 to 11:30 - Scramble at Chateau Whistler 
• 8:00 pm – Family style Italian dinner at Quattro Restaurant
  • Followed by silent suction for the kids

Saturday July 11

• 11:30 to 12:30 - Alternate shot at Nicklaus North
• 4:30 - Wrap up BBQ at Nicklaus North

• Checkout from hotel is at 11:00 am. 
• Joe has arranged transportation between Vancouver Airport and Whistler at a cost of $75 each way.  Contact Joe directly to take advantage of this. The times are:
  • from Vancouver Airport to Whistler on Monday, July 6 at 1:30 pm. 
  • Joe has arranged for a bus from Whistler to Vancouver Airport on Saturday, July 11 at 7:30 pm.
